I want to let you know that I can’t say enough wonderful things about you and your company. I’ve been coming to Auto World since 1997.
I started out just getting oil changes because you were very convenient and after a while I got to know a few people and began to bring my car there for other problems and maintenance too.
All servicemen are prompt and very courteous. They seem extremely knowledgeable about what hey are doing. They explain everything in detail and in layman’s terms.
As a woman, it’s refreshing to know that there is a company out there who wants to make customers their first priority and not the sales receipt.
In July 2001 I got married and moved to Pearland. I still travel the 25 miles into Houston anytime I need maintenance or repairs. I have found in Auto World a company with integrity, honesty and exceptional customer service.

Recently, I was traveling on business and hit a large bird that broke my headlight, then when I arrived at my destination, which was Houston…my car was overheating and my air conditioning went out.
I saw a AAA approved repair shop in Houston called Auto World. I am a AAA member, and since I was 1500 miles from home, I found some comfort in asking a AAA shop to fix my car so I could drive home again.
They fixed it in a reasonable amount of time, at a reasonable price, and the owner gave me a loaner car at no charge. I was an out of town sitting duck at their mercy, and they treated me like I had been a loyal customer of theirs for the past 10 years.

Spoke with Chris at Auto World, who is a very nice guy. They are very convenient with that chauffeur service they offer and they did a very good job balancing my tires. Don’t take this for granted; not every installer does a thorough job of balancing tires. About the only change I would make is I would’ve put a little more air in the tires. I’ll definitely use them again.
